Transport orders through the form
When you fill in the transport order form, we process what you enter: full name, company, email, phone, the dates and locations of collection and delivery (name or address and the position of the marker on the map), notes on the two locations and details of the cargo (weight, number of pallets, loading metres, temperature range, volume, dangerous goods under ADR, additional notes).
The purpose is to prepare a quote and agree on the transport. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle the order and carry out any transport that follows, and for as long as the law requires (for example for keeping accounting records). An enquiry sent through the form is not yet a confirmed transport order.
Map and address search
The second step of the form shows an OpenStreetMap map. When you open it, your browser loads the map images from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receive your IP address and browser details. Addresses you type into the location search are forwarded by our server to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service, which receives only the search text, not your IP address.
ZIDARTRANS live: signing in with EDP ID, following and likes
Sign-in runs through the EDP ID service (edpid.com). When you sign in, we receive your name, email and profile picture, which we use to show your account, for following ZIDARTRANS and for likes on posts. Following is managed by EDP ID; you can stop following at any time. Which notifications you have read is remembered only by your browser.
Technical data
On every visit the server records the IP address, time, requested page and browser details. We use these records for security and troubleshooting.
Processors
The website is hosted on a server in Germany. Images are delivered through the Cloudflare network, email notifications about orders are sent by Resend, sign-in is provided by EDP ID, and the map and address search by OpenStreetMap. The website is maintained by Digitalne platforme, which has access to the data for that purpose.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to zidartrans1@gmail.com.
